The project’s exceptional quality earned it an award in the Best of Realty 2016 competition, and Building C also acquired a LEED “green building” certificate.
All of the users of Campus Science Park will have access to a unique mobile app that gathers all the basic tools, services, and information you need into one place. Using it you can easily reserve a meeting room, borrow a shared bike, reserve the multi-purpose courts, check bus departure times and more. The Campus app is coming soon to stores.

As of October 1st you´ll be able to admire twenty best pictures from the summer photo contest. Pictures on display in our open-air exhibition were chosen according to the results of your voting via our website. The exhibition will last till the end of October.
Building D&E has received the final approval. The last stage of the Campus Science Park extension was thus completed, as well as the landscaping of the surroundings which resulted in number of new relax zones including a multi-purpose sports area.
On Wednesday, October 3rd, Campus Science Park will host a charitable event aiming to support the Brno Diocese Charity – a fund-raising for the hospice care providers. Those who will want to take part in it can buy a piece of cake for a voluntary contribution.
Construction works on Building D&E are finishing and the latest (and last) extension of Campus Science Park will soon welcome its new inhabitants. After completion the grounds will feature new opportunities for sport activities and more relax zones to all Campus Science Park employees, and the Building will offer further 13.2 thousand square meters of space to new tenants.
Works on Building D&E are currently finishing. Apart from over 13 thousand square meters of leasable spaces, the building will feature parking places in two underground floors. As well as in Building C, also charging stations for electromobiles will be available there. The construction of Building D&E commenced last year in February and represents the final stage of Campus Science Park expansion.
Let us invite you to the ceremony of planting the Tree for Olga Havlova which will take place near the staircase in Campus Science Park on Tuesday, May 22nd, at 11 a.m. Campus Science Park will thus join other places within the whole Czech Republic where planting a tree will commemorate this year´s 85th birth anniversary of Olga Havlova, the founder of Committee of Good Will - Olga Havlova Foundation. Symbolically, 85 trees will be planted altogether. In Campus Science Park, the tree will be basswood.
Although it will take a few more months before the Building D&E is finished, it has already welcomed its first visitors. Representatives of real estate agencies who might offer the spaces in this building to their clients visited the site on Tuesday, February 27th. Right on spot they received the information about the building and the current state of construction. The final inspection of the Building D&E is scheduled for this June.
Structural work on Building D&E were recently finished, the construction will now continue with the facade design. The building project was commenced this February and according to the plans should be completed during the second quarter of 2018. The new building with its 13.200 square meters of leasable area will be the last step in the process of Campus Science Park development.
The Campus Science Park crowd got the chance to taste this year´s young Moravian wines: on Wednesday, November 15, St. Martin´s Wine Tasting was held in CSP. Its aim was simple: allow the wine lovers sample the qualities of this year´s wine production and enhance the cosmopolitan milieu of CSP through a touch of vital local tradition.
KBC expands its operations within Campus Science Park; the company newly inhabits also atypically designed spaces in Building C. This building also saw the opening of the new branch of KBC´s daughter company ČSOB bank, offering a full-range banking services.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) certificate provides owners and occupants of a building with a proof that their workplace fulfils the criteria required to be called “green building”. It indicates that such a building creates healthy and comfortable work conditions and is built and operated without significant negative impact on the environment. This certificate is yet another proof of the quality of Campus Science Park project.
Construction works on the last stage of Campus Science Park´s development – Building D&E – are proceeding according to the schedule. Another milestone on the project´s time line has been reached when the sheathing of the construction was finished and the building was thus closed. When Building D&E is finished in the second quarter of 2018, it will expand the offer of leasable space in Campus Science Park by another 13.000 square meters.
