CAMPUS SCIENCE PARK offers tenants five superior-standard and flexible buildings that can accommodate all types of modern hi-tech and R&D activities. The building blueprint allows tenants to choose or combine typical office and specialized showroom floor plates to support a wide range of business activities.

The upper floors are planned for typical floor plates, while the lower ground level plates are designed for showrooms and specialized R&D facilities such as laboratories, which can also be accessed from Netroufalky Street. The Science Plaza ground floor can accommodate either floor plate.
